Job summary

Solutions Development Corporation is seeking an Operations Support Specialist for Wallops Island, VA. The role requires onsite coordination of site services, data movement, and secure handling of information at a classified test site.

The position involves coordinating test schedules with multiple agencies, maintaining records, managing equipment inventories, and ensuring compliance with safety and security procedures. Five years of experience in operation/test support is expected.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of demonstrated operation/test support experience.
• Ability to coordinate test efforts aboard ship and at land-based facilities.
• Experience coordinating shipping, receiving and tracking of test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Site coordination to ensure power, communications, security, and radiation authorizations are in place.
• Coordinate test schedules with NSWC PHD, NSWCDD, PEO IWS and test asset providers.
• Maintain electronic records of RF radiation requests and personnel aloft events.
• Manage site procedures, inventory, equipment calibration, and DRMO for excess equipment.
• Support data transfers, NDA execution, and access to on-site Raytheon IT systems.
• Coordinate core hour shifts and limited weekend coverage to sustain 40-hour weeks.
