Job summary

Envision Innovative Solutions seeks a Security Specialist to join our Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland team. You will support a broad range of security disciplines, coordinate visitor security, and help manage classifications and SIPRNet usage to ensure compliance and mission readiness.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or 7 years without a degree, active TS-SCI clearance, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, or 7 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Experience developing security policies, SOPs, and implementing security programs.
• Certifications such as Security+, CISSP, ECSS, OPSEC II, ATO II or CDSE certification.
• Ability to complete required government and corporate security training.

Responsibilities

• Provide security program support across multiple disciplines (INFOSEC, OPSEC, PERSEC, etc.).
• Coordinate visitor security, OPSEC, COMSEC, and security education.
• Manage classification, SIPRNet usage, and Force Health Protection matters.
• Assist with personnel security files, security clearances, and accreditation actions.
• Prepare briefings on security programs and support facility inspections.
• Validate information and assist with SCI access, JWICS requests, and related tasks.
