CS Analytical in Clifton, NJ is seeking a Business Operations Associate for daily on-site operations in a cGMP environment. You will support sample logistics, intake, labeling, and inventory management while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, orderly processing of deliveries, and proper handling of chemicals and supplies, reporting to the Business Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in a cGMP/FDA-registered environment strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to think critically and multi-task.
• Willingness to learn and deliver excellent support to others.

Responsibilities

• Answers side door and loading dock, accepting deliveries.
• Performs sample intake and disposition per procedures and documentation.
• Orders, receipts, labeling, intake, storage, and disposal of chemicals, reagents, and supplies.
• Maintains chemical inventory with Laboratory staff.
• Prepares shipping labels and paperwork for samples and related shipments.
• Maintains and assists with housekeeping of sample, inventory, and warehouse areas.
• Assists with other duties as assigned.
