Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking an Associate, Patient Materials Operation to support the movement and control of QC samples at the Summit facility in NJ. The role includes sample tracking, chain of custody, inventory control, and collaboration with multiple departments to ensure compliant handling of materials.

The position involves shifts Thu–Sat with alternate Wednesdays, working in a GMP-regulated, sterile environment and supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced CTDO Quality

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in a regulated/cGMP environment.
• Experience with cold chain sample storage and transfer.
• Ability to work in a GMP-regulated environment and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Test samples and reagents through the sample lifecycle—receipt, storage, distribution, transfer, and disposal.
• Maintain sample tracking and chain of custody records per GMP requirements.
• Maintain laboratory inventory of reagents, media, and consumables.
• Support QC materials and facilitate cold chain transfers as required.
• Assist management with investigations and deviations related to sample management.
