Job summary

Sage Integration Holdings, LLC in Kent, OH is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to join our Sage Fence team. This full-time office role emphasizes organization, detail, and cross-department collaboration to support estimates, purchasing, budgeting, and project administration.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of related experience, payroll processing knowledge, purchasing background, and familiarity with WeSuite or Sedona; strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience in processing Union payroll.
• Experience as a purchaser, buyer, or business coordinator a plus.
• Experience in construction / security industries are a plus.
• WeSuite and Sedona applications experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists with review of proposals, quotes, and cost sheets to ensure proposals meet RFP/RFQ requirements
• Assist field personnel in day-to-day coordination and management of field operational service ticket activities in Sedona
• Assists with job management and change orders in the CRM tool, WeSuite
• Manages daily/monthly Billing & AR/AP functions
• Assists with office and administrative tasks as requested by the Vice President
• Processes union weekly payroll, including monthly union reporting
