Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years Project Management or Operations Management experience in process-based manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity to milestones.
• Define, drive and manage change management and communications across projects.
• Adhere to global Project and Portfolio Management processes and align with sponsors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules (Gantt charts, dashboards) and track milestones.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and contract vendors for execution.
• Monitor ROI, budgets and cost variances for assigned programs.
