Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking an Operations Lead for onsite work at our Phoenix facility. You will coordinate end-to-end execution, drive cross-functional alignment, and manage recovery plans and capacity planning to ensure on-time manufacturing readiness.

Responsibilities include translating demand into integrated execution plans, tracking cross-functional actions, and escalating issues as needed. Previous ERP and SAP experience in manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree or equivalent with significant experience.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing operations or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate demand, recovery plans, and priorities into integrated execution plans.
• Manage cross-functional action tracking, ensuring clear ownership, timing, and closure.
• Drive issue resolution by coordinating across site, supply chain, and functional teams.
• Maintain visibility to execution risks, gaps, and recovery progress at the product line level.
• Support NPI, build readiness, and recovery execution as needed.
• Provide execution inputs into capacity, LE/EAC, and program reviews.
• Interface directly with site and working teams to ensure alignment and follow-through.
• Prioritizes actions and drives resolution within the assigned product line.
• Escalates issues that require cross product line tradeoffs or exceed authority.
• Attend program/product reviews.
• Support Tier meeting governance.
• Provide recovery plans and execution updates.
• Delivery, risk, and performance updates.
