Job summary

DP World in Miami (Doral) is seeking an experienced Operations Planner to coordinate facility operations onsite. Based in Miami, you will manage rate quotes for nonstandard transportation, ensure on-time pickup and delivery, and support inventory accuracy.

You will work with customers to resolve issues, help design better processes, and contribute to SOPs. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with RF portals are important.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics customer service with timely problem resolution.
• Ability to travel to warehouse as needed.
• Proficiency with Excel for tracking and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide rate quotes for nonstandard transportation and special requirements.
• Ensure on-time pickup and delivery, track and trace shipments.
• Apply late reason codes for service failure tracking.
• Work with customers to resolve inventory discrepancies and report exceptions.
• Contribute to process flows and SOPs, identifying improvement opportunities.
