OnTrac is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead facility operations at our Logan Township, NJ site. The role focuses on strategic direction, day-to-day oversight, and driving efficiency and productivity in warehouse activities.

You will manage personnel, implement process improvements, and foster a positive work culture while aligning with corporate goals and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• GED or diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred in Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience; 2 in a similar industry.
• 6 years' experience in industry or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education; last-mile delivery or small parcel experience highly desired.
• Experience with an independent contractor model; strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to inspire a shared vision, empower and engage a team.
• Strong organization and time-management skills utilizing MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct facility management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's services.
• Direct, plan and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives.
• Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and report to Regional Operations and General Managers.
• Coach, develop, reward and manage performance for hourly and salaried staff.
• Ensure adherence to contract terms and coordinate with Vendors and Independent Contractors.
