Sunbelt Rentals seeks an Onsite Operations Manager in Rayville, LA to oversee multiple projects with a focus on customer service and on-site execution. You will work with Regional/District Managers and Project Teams to drive revenue growth, manage schedules, track expenses, and safeguard profitability while delivering reliable equipment and service.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years in rental/construction, strong leadership, and travel willingness; Sunbelt offers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus 3+ years of experience in the rental equipment or construction industries.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent management and leadership skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills; able to identify problems and implement corrective actions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet, Wynne system.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of the project with a focus on customer service, employee development and project completion.
• Develop revenue growth through on-site projects with Regional/District Managers and Project Team.
• Ensure customer service levels meet or exceed standards.
• Train and develop team members at onsite locations on process flow and equipment testing.
• Direct all project phases and maintain communication with the customer.
• Track project against schedule, report status, expenses and client updates.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance quality and reduce costs.
• Assist in preparation and review of customer invoices and negotiate differences.
