Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Onsite Operations Manager in the United States. The role oversees the execution and completion of multiple projects, managing revenue, P&L, staff, facilities and equipment, and dispatch to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in rental equipment or construction, strong project management skills, and the ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall execution and completion of one or more simultaneous projects, including revenue, profit and loss, employee management, facilities and equipment, and dispatch.

• Lead project management activities and ensure safety throughout operations.
