You will manage project phases, coordinate with regional leaders and the project team, and ensure profitability. The role demands strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus 3+ years in rental equipment or construction industries.
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Exceptional problem-solving skills; able to identify problems and implement corrective actions
• Ability to travel as required to perform duties
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Understands MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet, Wynne system

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of the project with a focus on customer service, employee development and project completion
• Develop revenue growth through on-site projects with regional/district/project teams
• Ensure customer service levels exceed standards
• Train and develop team members on process flow and equipment testing
• Direct all project phases and act as primary communication with customer
• Maintain project profitability and track schedule and expenses
• Collaborate with customers and Sunbelt as liaison
• Review project scope and proposals for clarity
• Monitor safety and environmental requirements
