Jack Morton Worldwide Inc. in Addison, IL, is seeking an Operations Manager, Inventory & Fulfillment to lead day-to-day operations for our event and experiential business.

You will oversee inventory coordination, order fulfillment, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure assets are managed accurately and delivered on schedule. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to optimize processes while growing the business.

Qualifications

• College certificate or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• Approximately 4–10 years of relevant operations, inventory, fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse experience.
• Experience with budgeting, cost management, financial reporting, or P&L responsibilities.
• Experience in trade shows, exhibits, event production, experiential marketing, or a related project-based environment is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations: oversee inventory coordination, order fulfillment, scheduling, and workflows to ensure assets and materials are prepared accurately and on time.
• Manage and develop teams: lead supervisors and their teams, providing coaching, direction, performance feedback, and development support.
• Coordinate across departments: partner with Account Directors, Account Managers, Account Coordinators, supervisors, and technicians to align priorities and meet client requirements.
• Oversee order execution: monitor orders from initial request through preparation, quality checks, delivery, returns, and final costing.
• Improve processes: identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, strengthen accountability, and increase efficiency.
• Manage resources and budgets: oversee staffing, operating expenses, and financial performance while identifying cost-control opportunities.
• Monitor performance: track metrics, review results, and communicate progress to leadership.
• Maintain operational accuracy: ensure inventory records, order details, schedules, and reporting are accurate.
• Resolve issues proactively: address scheduling conflicts and missing information before affecting delivery.
• Support business growth: develop operating practices to support evolving client needs and increased volume.
• Leverage business systems: use tools such as Zoho CRM, Event Express, and the Project System to coordinate work and maintain visibility across operations.
