You'll partner with Sales, Operations, Production, Creative, and global teams to turn ambitious ideas into memorable experiences, while developing talent and refining processes.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of project management experience in experiential marketing, events, exhibits, production, or related environment.
• Proven experience leading and developing project managers or project teams.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects with competing priorities and deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Lead the delivery of complex experiential marketing, event, exhibit, and production projects.
• Guide Project Managers through planning, execution, problem-solving, and closeout.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to ensure scopes, work orders, timelines, and project details are aligned from the start.
• Review critical project elements including budgets, packing lists, show service orders, and technical drawings.
• Anticipate issues before they become show-day problems and keep teams focused on priorities and quality.
