Job summary

Iantrek, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain & Fulfillment Associate to support daily operations across order fulfillment, inventory management, quality/compliance documentation, purchasing, and office activities at the Providence office.

The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment. You will ensure accurate processing of customer orders, maintain current records, support onboarding, and coordinate

Qualifications

• Prior experience in operations, manufacturing, distribution, fulfillment, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Clear and proactive written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address operational issues.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Package and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Schedule UPS pickups and coordinate shipment drop-offs as required.
• Receive, log, and track inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain complete and accurate order and shipment records.
• Support customer onboarding activities.
• Track and maintain records related to customer complaints, feedback, and product returns.
• Maintain engineering and quality documentation and records.
• Process and accurately record inventory transactions.
• Assist with monthly and annual physical inventory counts.
• Provide general office organization and day-to-day facility upkeep.
