• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in operations management or sales.
• Prior P&L experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage schedules for Behavior Technicians.
• Coordinate and oversee scheduling of assessments for clients and starts.
• Oversee staffing activities, including allocations and substitutions.
• Monitor center metrics and ensure high performance standards.
• Partner with Clinical Leadership to support clinical outcomes and growth.
• Lead training and compliance initiatives and address issues promptly.
• Maintain safety, facility operations, and vendor coordination.
