Volley is seeking a hands-on generalist in Lancaster, PA to support club partners, troubleshoot hardware, and keep the fleet running. You will bridge clubs, hardware, and product, growing with the role as needs evolve in a small, fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing instincts and brand representation.
• Hands-on work with hardware, moving, tinkering, and minor repairs.
• Aptitude for tools and technology; quick to learn dashboards, spreadsheets, and diagnostic tools.
• Organized, reliable, and able to prioritize when urgent.
• Based in or able to reliably commute to Lancaster, PA (on-site).

Responsibilities

• Support clubs by fielding tickets and diagnosing machine issues remotely or guiding on-site fixes.
• Keep hardware moving: manage inventory, shipping, and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Provide feedback to product team by identifying patterns and insights from club and player experiences.
• Back up day-to-day operations and assist across the team as needed.
• Own ad hoc customer-facing projects that arise in early-stage operations.
