Job summary

Job description

What You’ll Do
  • Operate Bolt6 products at volleyball events both in-person, on-site, and remotely from our Charlotte office.
  • Operate our video challenge system at live volleyball events, working quickly in a high‑pressure environment.
  • Coordinate with broadcast, sending out summary statistics and graphics to live TV.
  • Install hardware and software systems, including cameras, servers, and cabling.
  • Be involved in the organization and delivery of large‑scale volleyball projects.

  • Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly grasp complex issues.
  • Self‑starter with initiative and the ability to pick up and develop projects independently.
  • Ability to work quickly and make effective decisions.
  • Intellectually curious and has the drive to ask the right questions in order to get to the bottom of complex issues.
  • Individuals who are able to be flexible/are flexible in working arrangements.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure to tight deadlines whilst remaining organized.
  • A love of sport!
Nice to Haves
  • Experience in networking, Kubernetes and/or software engineering.
  • A degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) subject.

Location

In this role, expect to be working on-site at volleyball events throughout the US, and occasionally around the world. When not on-site, the role is based in our office in Charlotte, North Carolina.
