Volley seeks an on-site operations generalist in Lancaster, PA to connect clubs, hardware, and product. You’ll diagnose and fix machine issues, manage parts and repairs, and communicate clearly with clubs and the product team. This hands-on role grows as the company expands and embraces ambiguity as opportunity.

You will help keep installations running, ride along with field activity, and contribute to daily operations while building hands-on expertise in a hardware+software environment.

• Comfort with hands-on hardware work, handling, moving and tinkering as needed.
• Aptitude for tools and technology; quick to learn dashboards and diagnostics.
• Organized with good prioritization when multiple tasks demand attention.

• Field support tickets and troubleshoot machine issues, remotely or on site.
• Manage inventory, coordinate shipping, and handle repairs for quick service.
• Spot patterns and share insights with product and development teams.
• Back up day-to-day operations and take on ad hoc customer projects.
• Own projects that don't fit neatly into existing boxes as the company grows.
