Job summary

CloudRx Pharmacy Hub is seeking a hands-on Operations Coordinator to manage daily operational, administrative, and compliance tasks across credentialing, licensure tracking, inbox management, records reconciliation, and cross-team coordination.

This generalist role offers broad operational exposure for someone early in their career, with room to grow rather than a narrow analytics or IT focus. The position is fully on-site in Texas, requiring 5 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple types of tasks in a single day and prioritize effectively.
• Demonstrated initiative and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
• Comfort working independently while following structured processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Operational Tracking: Maintain and update key operational metrics/logs daily; ensure data accuracy across systems and flag inconsistencies; monitor trends and elevate issues.
• Credentialing & Compliance: Manage credentialing applications from preparation through submission; track licensure expirations and renewals; keep documentation audit-ready.
• Record Keeping & Reconciliation: Maintain organized records across platforms; perform routine reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
• Communication & Coordination: Manage shared inboxes; act as reliable point of contact for pharmacy partners and internal teams; coordinate intern schedules and logistics.
• Operations & Equipment Oversight: Monitor day-to-day readiness and equipment functionality; troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex problems.
