Job summary

Cloud Rx Pharmacy is seeking a Non-Dispensing Staff Pharmacist to support the pharmacy team in operational success and patient care. You will handle prescription transfers, collaborate with the Tech Lead on patient issues, and serve as an escalation point for complex cases.

You will build relationships with clinic providers and patients, manage clinic chats, and participate in quality improvements to optimize medication therapy outcomes and safety.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Texas pharmacist license.
• Strong clinical knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with healthcare professionals and patients.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex medication-related issues.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate prescription transfers between pharmacies ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with Tech Lead to address patient inquiries and medication issues.
• Serve as escalation point for complex medication cases.
• Build relationships with clinic providers, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Contribute to quality improvement and operational efficiency in the pharmacy.
• Manage and respond to Clinic Chats with patients, ensuring timely, accurate communication.
• Coordinate patient transfers to dispensing pharmacies and handle retransfers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
