Job summary

Our client, a water technology provider, seeks an Operations Clerk for a 12 month contract in East Syracuse, NY. Fully onsite role supporting data analysis, accounts receivable assistance, and business process improvements across branches.

The ideal candidate is self-directed, analytical, and able to navigate multiple systems with minimal supervision, ensuring accurate data, timely invoicing, and prompt resolution of customer issues.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma plus 3 years of experience or a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical and data cleansing skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP, ERP systems, and CRM tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain safe working environment and culture within the organization.
• Ability to create orders for quoted jobs or installation with multiple process in SAP of limited complexity but with unique job requirements.
• Strong collaboration with internal and external customers, with a focus on prioritizing and meeting their needs and expectations.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve accounts receivable issues and inquiries to completion, with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Review, analyze, and cleanse data.
• Actioning resolution for customer orders when purchase orders are flagged for non-compliance.
• Able to perform non-routine tasks related to customer issues and resolution.
• Resolves issues from 3rd party processer of customers’ orders of limited complexity.
