Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring an Operations Specialist – Account Manager for our Rome, GA facility. This 100% onsite role focuses on managing customer orders, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining ERP data to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in operations or supply chain, experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics/Navision a plus), and strong Excel/Outlook skills. Automotive/manufacturing experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, logistics, purchasing, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• ERP experience; Microsoft Dynamics/Navision is a plus.
• Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Automotive/manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing, OEM/Tier 1 or Tier 2 suppliers, automotive parts, or industrial manufacturing is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer purchase orders, forecasts, and demand schedules.
• Coordinate orders, inventory, suppliers, and shipments.
• Monitor shortages and expedite materials when needed.
• Coordinate domestic and international logistics.
• Maintain accurate ERP, customer, pricing, and inventory data.
• Prepare reports and shipping documentation, including ASNs.
• Partner with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality, Accounting, and Operations.
• Support process improvements and special projects.
