Job summary

Thomson Reuters Special Services (TRSS) seeks an Analyst to perform due diligence assessments and threat management reporting using public records, open sources, and proprietary data. The role emphasizes rigorous analysis, client-facing support on-site, and collaboration with TRSS teams in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have 3+ years of research experience, 2+ years in OSINT methods, and the ability to obtain/maintain a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 3+ years in research/analysis.
• 2+ years using public records and open-source data.
• Strong writing and source evaluation skills.
• US citizenship required to meet government contract needs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US national security clearance.
• Familiarity with corporate structures, PE/VC deals.
• Experience with risk assessments and KYCs.
• Excellent attention to detail and data synthesis.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site client support, including inquiries, ad hoc reporting, research, and analytic guidance.
• Deliver insightful analysis using public records, open data, and proprietary data.
• Communicate actionable insights through data visualization and processing methods.
• Collaborate with client managers and TRSS analysts to foster teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate accountability and ownership of progressively complex tasks and projects.
• Participate in analytic development, mentorship, and best-practices training.
