Flourish Research's Valkyrie Clinical Trials site in Walnut Creek, CA seeks a New Patient Navigator to strengthen outreach, engagement, and enrollment for oncology trials. You will build partnerships with physicians, coordinate patient scheduling, and ensure smooth handoffs from referral to treatment.

The role requires at least 5 years of patient-facing experience, oncology exposure, and strong organization. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years’ experience with patients and physician partnerships or account management.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Office 365 and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to identify partnerships and oncology trial participants.
• Identify and cultivate physician partnerships and maintain relationships to support enrollment and patient care.
• Coordinate patient navigation and enrollment, including scheduling initial visits.
• Ensure collection and uploading of patient medical records and trial documentation.
• Maintain clear communication from referral intake to enrollment and first treatment.
• Support with reporting and slot availability with EMR/CTMS systems.
• Represent Flourish Research professionally with staff, clients, and vendors.
