This role supports patients with daily living activities, monitors vitals, and collaborates with licensed staff to ensure safe, compassionate care in a high-acuity oncology setting.

The position requires excellent communication, strong clinical skills, and the ability to use electronic medical records.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient care or elder care preferred (0-1 year).
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Strong patient and family communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills to work with EMR.

Responsabilités

• Performs vital signs, weights/heights, intakes, and outputs with accuracy.
• Completes documentation in the medical record as required.
• Interacts with patients and families effectively.
• Assists with activities of daily living and mobility as needed.
