Advocate Health Care is seeking a Clinical Trials Coordinator for the Carolinas Medical Center site in Charlotte, NC. The role involves supporting oncology research projects, ensuring regulatory documentation is complete, and coordinating study start-up activities with the principal investigator and team.

Responsibilities include maintaining protocol amendments and informed consent changes, ensuring audit-ready documentation, and assisting in data collection and scheduling for trial

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred, Health/Science preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred, especially cancer care and/or clinical research.
• Certification in clinical research (SoCRA, ACRP, RAPS, etc.) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with clinical, regulatory, and other documentation for oncology research trials.
• Participate in study start-up activities with the PI and team to initiate new research projects.
• Maintain protocol amendments, deviations, and informed consent changes in an audit-ready manner.
• Ensure documentation for assigned studies is complete, compliant, and well-organized.
