The role combines instructional design, data-driven needs assessments, and collaboration across departments to deliver measurable outcomes and an exceptional staff experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in adult education or organizational development.
• Experience designing onboarding, leadership development, and culture programs.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate onboarding programs for new hires.
• Lead leadership development and culture-building initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, clinical educators, and department heads.
• Apply adult learning principles across virtual, live, and e-learning formats.
• Perform needs assessments and track program metrics/ROI.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
