Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pulling delivery tickets and schedules per established plan.
• Build daily routes for fuel oil, propane, kerosene, and diesel.
• Assist with route optimization and dispatch to driver tablets.
• Monitor and report customer runouts and will-call updates.
• Coordinate with Customer Success Team for orders and alerts.
• Call-ahead customers to prep before driver arrival.
• Ensure compliance with delivery regulations and safety policies.
