Townsend Energy is seeking a Seasonal Oil Delivery Driver for November through April. You will load and unload fuel, deliver to specified addresses, and adhere to routes, schedules, and DOT safety standards. A valid CDL and clean driving record are required, with endorsements preferred.

The role offers full-time hours, on-call rotation, and occasional Saturdays in Manchester and Epping, NH. Medical, vision, dental benefits, 401k match, and vacation are part of the package.

Formación

• 1 year oil delivery experience.
• Valid CDL or at least CDL-B with Hazmat/Air Brake endorsements preferred.
• Tanker, Air Brake, and Hazmat Endorsements are desirable.
• DOT medical card and ability to pass physical.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload fuel from delivery truck.
• Deliver fuel to residential and light commercial addresses safely and efficiently.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules.
• Comply with DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Interact professionally with customers and co-workers.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.

Pay Rate: $30.00 to $40.00 + per hour, depending on experience + bonus pay

Hours: Day Shift, 8-hour workday; flexible start time

Schedule: Full time, with on-call rotation | Occasional Saturday's

What You Will be Doing:

• Loading and unloading fuel truck for delivery
• Making fuel deliveries in a safe and efficient manner to correct addresses
• Follow routes and time schedule
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Interacting with customers and co-workers in a professional and respectful manner
• Conduct pre and post trip inspection of vehicle and equipment

What We Are Looking For:

• 1 year of oil delivery experience
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Valid CDL (minimum B)
• Tanker, Air Brake, and Hazmat Endorsements
• CDL A & B preferred
• Pass DOT physical and other requirements
• Ability to drive in a safe and courteous manner
• Ability to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps
• Previous experience with data entry skills to input data on a tablet preferred
• Ability to maintain basic logs and records
• Able to remain professional and courteous at all times
• Maintaining a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent

Desired Licensure and Experience:

• Prior experience with fuel delivery
• CTEP Certified
• MA or NH Propane license
• Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC)
• MA hoisting/crane license
• Medic First Aid and CPR card and be proficient in their application

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
