Actalent is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing services in a manufacturing setting, focusing on workers' compensation, post-offer screenings, and care coordination for work-related injuries and illnesses. You will ensure high-quality, compliant patient care in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with safety, operations, QA, and EHS teams, with emphasis on timely return-to-work planning and ergonomic risk reduction while maintaining HIPAA

Qualifications

• Must hold current RN license and a four-year nursing degree.
• Minimum extensive experience in occupational health or related fields.
• Ability to maintain confidential medical records per HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for work-related injuries and illnesses.
• Perform post-offer drug and vision screenings per protocol.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records.
• Communicate screening results to safety and stakeholders.
• Coordinate care for workers' compensation patients.
• Support return-to-work planning for injured employees.
• Collaborate with safety, QA, and EHS teams.
• Document nursing notes using OHM terminology.
