Pilgrim’s is seeking an Occupational Health Specialist - LPN to serve as the first point of care for employees at the on-site nurse’s station, delivering routine and emergency medical attention, health assessments, and managing medical records.

The role requires 1+ year of nursing experience, an unrestricted LPN license, and CPR/First Aid/AED certification. Night shift 10:00 PM–6:00 AM with weekend rotations, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Current unrestricted LPN license in the state.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification required.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide on-site medical care within nursing scope and protocols.
• Respond promptly to workplace and general health issues.
• Perform health screenings (drug/alcohol tests, spirometry, audiometry).
• Maintain accurate health records for OSHA and state compliance.
• Ensure confidentiality in all health matters.
• Support safety and ergonomic initiatives.
• Assist with wellness programs and employee health education.
• Help manage and document workers’ compensation cases.
