Pilgrim’s is seeking an Occupational Health Specialist – LPN/RN to serve as the first point of care for employees, delivering on-site medical care, routine and emergency responses, and health screenings from the on-site nurse’s station.

The role requires an unrestricted state LPN/LVN license, CPR/First Aid, and about 1 year of nursing experience; night shift 7pm-3am; benefits include medical/dental/vision after 60 days, PTO, 401(k) match, and career development opportunities.

Qualificações

• Current unrestricted state license as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse required.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification required; urine drug screen and breath alcohol collections may be provided.
• Prefer 1 year of nursing experience; clinical hours acceptable for graduate nurses.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site medical care within nursing scope and protocols.
• Respond promptly to workplace and general health issues.
• Perform health screenings (drug/alcohol tests, spirometry, and audiometry).
• Maintain accurate health records for OSHA and state compliance.
• Ensure confidentiality in all health matters.
• Support safety and ergonomic initiatives.
• Assist with wellness programs and employee health education.
• Help manage and document workers’ compensation cases.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the health and safety team.
