Job summary

Effy Jewelry is seeking a Digital Project Manager to own and drive a portfolio of digital and enterprise initiatives. You will coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring clear ownership, deadlines, and risks across CRM, ERP, e-commerce, and data platforms.

You will be onsite five days a week at our NYC headquarters, collaborating with design, development, and business groups to deliver structured, timely results while communicating progress and blockers to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–4 years of experience in digital project management or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP concepts, data migrations, APIs, and releases (not required to code).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day planning, prioritization, and execution of 10–12 concurrent initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional delivery across CRM, ERP, loyalty, e-commerce, data platforms.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk logs, and status reports.
• Serve as liaison among stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements and plans.
• Monitor milestones, risks, and blockers; escalate as needed.
• Build relationships and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Coordinate enhancements, data migrations, UAT, releases, and deployments.
• Resolve system issues and operational blockers across core platforms.
