Job summary

K Health in New York City is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design and optimize data pipelines and models that empower decision-making across the organization. You will work on cross-functional initiatives, ensure data quality, and build scalable systems in a fast-paced health-tech environment.

This onsite role requires 4 days per week in the NYC office, collaborating with data analysts, scientists, and engineers to deliver reliable data services and AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Backend Engineering with strong data processing.
• Proficient in Python and SQL; strong data modeling skills.
• Experience designing data pipelines and ensuring data quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize data services to support products and cross-functional teams.
• Integrate LLM- and agent-based capabilities into data platforms and services.
• Build scalable data pipelines ensuring clean and accurate data for analysis.
• Develop robust data models supporting clinical, BI, and operational needs.
• Enforce data quality standards and monitor systems and pipelines.
