WGU in Indianapolis, IN seeks a part-time, intermittent Learning Lab Instructor to facilitate nursing student learning in on-site labs at the Clinical Learning & Simulation Center. The role supports high-fidelity simulations and student assessment, requiring MSN, RN license in-state, and 2+ years of professional nursing experience.

Experience with distance education and simulation-based education is preferred; on-site schedule includes two shifts per month, Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:30 pm.

Qualifications

• MSN required (contingent on State Board of Nursing regulations).
• 2+ years of professional work experience.
• Active RN license in the state where the lab is located.
• Demonstrated SME with assigned content or practice area(s).
• Experience with distance education and simulation-based education is preferred.
• Experience with integrated technology systems and tools is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Facilitates student learning and assessments in on-site Clinical Learning Labs.
• Maintains communication with Lab Faculty and Supervisor to coordinate referrals and remediation.
• Demonstrates teaching through demonstration, practice, and assistance.
• Assists planning staff schedules and maintaining supply inventory.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
