Concentra seeks an Onsite Nurse Practitioner to join the Onsite Leadership Team at the assigned clinic, providing direct patient care under the supervision of the supervising physician or Director of Medical Operations.

You will lead clinical operations, monitor metrics, administer tests and injections, and maintain patient records, while educating patients on treatment plans and health maintenance. A state NP license and 3 years in occupational medicine or urgent care are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent education and experience.
• Master’s degree in nursing or related health field from an accredited college or university.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current licensed nurse practitioner in the state where employed and in accordance with state laws of practice.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care in the onsite clinic and lead by example.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to drive optimal clinical outcomes.
• Monitor clinic metrics related to quality outcomes.
• Administer tests and injections; order diagnostics as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Counsel patients on treatment plans and health maintenance.
