Concentra is seeking an Onsite Physician Assistant to work within the onsite clinic under the direction of the Supervising physician. You will implement location medical policies and deliver high-quality care to patients and industry clients.

You will lead direct patient care, manage chronic conditions, coordinate preventive services, and maintain detailed medical records while ensuring HIPAA compliance and top-tier patient service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related health field from an accredited college.
• Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (accredited program).
• PANCE certification and current PA licensure in the state of employment.
• Maintain physician assistant licensure throughout employment.
• Three years of experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency settings.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care in the onsite clinic full-time.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet clinical outcomes and quality measures.
• Monitor clinic metrics related to quality outcomes and efficiency.
• Perform injections, vaccines, suturing, and wound care as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document care comprehensively.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive care.
