Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the onsite clinic.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to drive outcomes.
• Monitor clinic metrics related to quality outcomes.
• Manage chronic conditions and preventive care in adults.
• Support occupational medicine duties and return-to-work measures.
• Document medical history, exams, and treatment plans.
• Order or administer diagnostic tests (x-ray, EKG, labs).
• Maintain accurate patient records and HIPAA compliance.
• Educate patients to support adherence and wellness.
