Providence Home Services Oregon is seeking a Nurse Manager for Home Infusion Pharmacy in Portland, OR. This full-time, day schedule role leads the Home Infusion team, ensures delivery of high-quality patient care, and aligns staffing with patient needs.

Responsibilities include overseeing policy implementation, supervising staff, coordinating interdisciplinary care in the home setting, and driving quality improvement while upholding confidentiality and attendance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare field or equivalent.
• Oregon RN license required upon hire.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
• Minimum 4 years of home infusion experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Implements and administers Home Infusion Department policies and procedures.
• Supervises employees and coordinates interdisciplinary care in home setting.
• Determines staffing needs and assigns staffing to meet productivity standards.
• Participates in development of department policies, procedures and quality management plan.
• Upholds confidentiality, attendance and punctuality standards.
