Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Nuclear or Chemical Engineering (or related).
• Experience in design engineering with modification/implementation in power facilities.
• At least 3 years in nuclear, power, or industrial industries as an Engineer or Project Manager.
• PE license strongly preferred.
• Ability to understand and work with budgets and accounting processes.
• Strong organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills.
• Excellent cross-disciplinary communication and teamwork.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites.
• Willingness to travel 10–15% of the time; durations may vary.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary design engineering coordination and serve as technical leader to ensure project quality.
• Manage client interactions and negotiate project scope to satisfy client and company.
• Develop detailed project reports and monitor financial status and performance.
