Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to lead mechanical nuclear projects, developing winning proposals and managing budgets and schedules. You will coordinate interdisciplinary teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure project scope and quality goals are met.

You will work with financial reporting, explore new opportunities, and travel as needed (approximately 10–15%). Remote options may be available for senior candidates, with multiple US locations as potential

Qualifications

6 years of nuclear, power, or industrial experience as an Engineer or Project Manager.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Nuclear or Chemical Engineering (or related) OR PMP Certification and 10 years' applicable experience.
PE license strongly preferred.
Ability to understand and work with budget and accounting processes.

Responsibilities

Lead design engineering projects and provide technical leadership to meet solution and quality goals.
Plan, execute, and finalize projects within schedule and budget; manage project staff and reporting.
Develop winning engineering proposals with technical staff and identify new opportunities; support marketing efforts.
