Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is seeking a Nuclear Operations Planning Coordinator for an onsite role in Jupiter, Florida. The position is a 1-year W-2 contract with onsite responsibilities and cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and support groups to ensure scheduling integrity.

You will develop integrated plans, craft robust work instructions, and interpret Engineering Change packages to embed regulatory requirements into plans and work packages

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and support groups to map work windows and priorities.
• Create clear, logically ordered work instructions that meet nuclear industry and regulatory expectations.
• Interpret Engineering Change packages and embed requirements into plans and work packages.
• Perform field walkdowns to verify scope and optimize corrective, surveillance, and modification activities.
• Represent planning at Site/Fleet Online/Outage and related meetings to protect schedule integrity.
• Assist with testing updates to planning and scheduling applications to improve planning capability.
