Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services, on behalf of our client Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, is seeking a Nuclear Fleet Work Management Planner in Jupiter, Florida. This is a 1-year contract (W-2), onsite with competitive compensation.

The role requires planning across online and outage scopes, translating changes into executable work packages, mentoring junior planners, and coordinating with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering while representing the department in site meetings and testing planning

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating nuclear maintenance windows and outages.
• Translate engineering changes into executable work packages.
• Coordinate across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and support teams.
• Ability to mentor junior planners and lead planning activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize activities for plant equipment/systems across online and outage scopes.
• Produce precise, logically sequenced work instructions aligned with nuclear standards and regulatory requirements.
• Translate Engineering Change implementation needs into practical, field-ready tasks.
• Conduct field walkdowns to refine scope and address corrective, surveillance, and modification actions.
• Coordinate requirements with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and supporting organizations.
• Represent the department in Site/Fleet Online/Outage and related meetings.
• Test enhancements to new and existing planning/scheduling applications.

• Do you enjoy mentoring peers and stepping into a lead planner role when needed?

What you'll tackle

• Plan and organize activities for plant equipment/systems across online and outage scopes.
