Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of power plant or equivalent experience in operations, maintenance or work management.
• Experience in planning or scheduling in a nuclear or industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize preventive and corrective maintenance activities for plant equipment and systems.
• Create clear work instructions sequenced logically and efficiently.
• Ensure work instructions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Review and interpret Engineering Change implementation requirements.
• Conduct field walkdowns to identify and analyze maintenance, modifications, and surveillance activities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering on work instruction requirements.
• Support testing of updates to planning and scheduling applications.
• Provide mentorship to junior planner schedulers.
• Take on lead planner responsibilities when needed.
