UMass Memorial Health in Milford, MA is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for per diem, part-time work on-site. The role involves preparing, measuring, and administering radiopharmaceuticals to patients of all ages using imaging and ancillary equipment.

The position requires a Bachelors in Nuclear Medicine Technology (or relevant 2-year program), MA license, BLS, and ARRT/CNMT certification. CT waiver for hybrid imaging must be obtained within one year. Signing bonus may be available.

Formación

• Requires a Bachelors of Science in Nuclear Medicine Technology or graduate of a two-year JRCNMT program.
• BLS certification and ARRT or CNMT certification with MA State License required.
• CT waiver for hybrid imaging systems required within one year of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Performs elution of 99mTc generators and prepares radiopharmaceuticals.
• Performs radiopharmacy duties including kit preparations and quality control.
• Verifies patient, study, and radiopharmaceutical before administration.
• Administers radiopharmaceuticals and educates patients on procedures.
