Job summary

ENERCON’s Nuclear Services Group is seeking an Engineering Site Lead to join the team. This onsite role at Calvert Cliffs in Lusby, MD (with Tysons, VA option) will lead engineering projects, manage schedules and budgets, and drive client satisfaction.

You will guide engineers and subcontractors, shape proposals, and partner cross-functionally to deliver high-quality outcomes while advancing ENERCON’s growth in the nuclear and energy sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; PMP preferred.
• 6+ years in power generation, energy, utility or nuclear sectors as an Engineer or PM.
• Experience in cost estimating and proposal development.
• Ability to report on scope, schedule, and cost for multiple projects.
• Knowledge of earned value management and progress reporting.
• Experience with contract language review.
• Understanding budgeting and accounting processes.
• Badge eligibility to work at a nuclear facility and plant walkdowns.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects by collaborating with engineers to develop detailed proposals.
• Manage schedules, resources, and recovery plans when needed.
• Develop work plans, risk strategies, and communication plans.
• Oversee scheduling and financial health; ensure timely reporting.
• Coordinate engineers, designers, and subcontractors for quality deliverables.
• Maintain client relationships; support business development and proposals.
• Plan, implement, and supervise client contracts; travel to client facilities as needed.
