Qualifications

• Export control scope experience related to Nuclear/Defence Project Management.
• Project Manager Assignment and Leadership.
• Provide a dedicated Project Manager to lead and oversee the supplier team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related communications.
• Coordinate work assignments and resource allocation across all service tasks.
• Conduct regular team meetings and elevate issues, risks, and blockers.
• Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory and business procedures and quality requirements.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, continuity, backup coverage, and governance reviews.
• Weekly KPI Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier team and coordinate across service tasks.
• Provide weekly KPI reports and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and project governance.
• Oversee resource allocation and risk management.
• Maintain Change Action throughput and backlog tracking.
• Deliver monthly performance summaries and reporting.
