Job summary

Pantex Plant is seeking a Network/Security Operations Center Analyst to join our NOC/SOC team. The role supports the organization by identifying, investigating and resolving network disruptions and cybersecurity threats, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and professional growth.

The position requires on-site work at the Pantex plant near Amarillo, TX, with 12-hour rotating shifts and shift differential compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/science/information technology or equivalent.
• 8 years of education/experience if no bachelor’s degree may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line of defense to identify, investigate and resolve network/cyber issues.
• Work onsite at Pantex plant near Amarillo, TX.
• Interact with peers, departments, customers, and vendors to identify operational issues.
• Prolonged/irregular hours with 12‑hour rotating shifts (shift differential).
• Diagnose server or network alerts and issues; review performance reports and report trends.
