Job summary

Inabia Solutions & Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced NOC Network Support Engineer to support a client’s production broadband network. This hands-on role covers monitoring, incident response, and advanced troubleshooting across broadband access and IP services.

You will work with NOC personnel, network engineering, operations, service assurance, and vendors to maintain network availability. The position requires five days onsite in Seattle, WA, and is a W-2 contract with compensation of

Qualifications

Hands-on experience supporting production networks.
Strong knowledge of Ethernet, VLANs, IP services and routing.
Experience with packet capture and analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Monitor network alarms and telemetry to identify outages and performance issues.
Correlate customer issues with network events and changes.
Troubleshoot Layer 2/3 issues across Ethernet, VLANs, IP services.
Own incidents from investigation to restoration and closure.
Coordinate with engineering and vendors for resolution.
Perform pre/post-change checks and rollback support.
Create and maintain runbooks and known‑error documentation.
